Scarce golden brown University of Chicago short sleeved sweaTshirt with rather MOD styling, measures to an Adult Men's / unisex Extra Small to Small.
Circa late 1950s - mid 1960s, and quite "Take Ivy".
Square cut neckline and sleeve banding have two creamy trim stripes; the banded hem is solid.
Stylized "U of CHICAGO" screened on the left chest, as shown.
No label or content - given the era and feel, I'm assuming mostly cotton with some rayon.
Interior fleecy feel.
Condition is very good - there is what looks to be an old repair to the left side of the neckline at the intersection point - minor but worth noting.
Very small white mark on the front right lower side, just above the hem - surface but doesn't seem to be budging.
Otherwise very clean, slightly faded overall but in very wearable condition.
A very, very rare and super cool piece!
